“I am super impressed with the Rose Roofing Team! Steve knocked on my front door and asked if we would like him to check our roof for integrity. I said why not (I was concerned about being scammed). So Steve checked our roof and found muck hail damage from a recent storm. I then said that my farm house has severe wind damage. He then offered to check it also. End result….. Project Manager Larry contacted me and after necessary paper work…. Larry’s crew arrived on time and with extreme Professionalism perfectly replaced my roof with the agreed roof type and the latest roofing materials! I highly recommend Rose Roofing to do your roof! I give them a FIVE STAR RATING only because there is not a six star rating!”

“I will attempt to make this brief. The initial consultation went well and the sales rep was very easy to communicate with. In addition, the job was started on time. However, due to very poor communication and quality of work, the job took nearly two and a half months to complete. This was only for a small rancher having new shingles replaced, new gutters, new fascia and new soffit. Unfortunately, I was only compensated $300 for the long install and constant headaches of having to be the project manager since the sub contractors managed to fail completing the scope of work several times and did very poor work on the install. So if you plan on using Rose Roofing & Restoration to have work done to your house, be prepared for sub contractors to do a poor job over and over until their boss comes out to the job to finally inspect the work and make excuses for the workmanship. In fact, I was told that "most people wouldn't notice". Rose Roofing stayed in touch the entire process, but what does that matter when they have terrible subs installing bent pieces of drip edge, crooked shingles, gluing down some shingles, fascia with damaged like it was left over from another job, ripped up shingles from dragging equipment and shoes across the roof, and a plethora of other issues. Maybe it is too much to ask for a company to do it right the first time without the customer having to manage the job for them. Truly unacceptable. I would not recommend Rose Roofing.”

“I cannot recommend Rose Roofing Restoration highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The scheduling was incredibly efficient, and their communication throughout the project was top-notch—I was never left guessing about next steps. A huge thank you to the Field manager, Jamal, Jzel Customer Success Manager , Project Management Coordinator Evan, and the Quality Assurance Director, Eddie. All of them provided great service, demonstrated true professionalism, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. I am especially grateful to the crew who worked through brutal 100°F weather to complete my roof installation. Despite the extreme heat, they never rushed. They took their time, stayed focused, and delivered exceptional, high-quality work. If you want a roofing company that combines stellar customer care with a hardworking, meticulous crew, Rose Roofing Restoration is the one to call! Strongly recommend.”

“Started well, ended poorly (although it's not over for me). I had them do my roof from an insurance claim which was done a few days ago. It was supposed to include a new roof and new gutter system, all of which is in the contract. When they were finishing up the roof on the scheduled day, the crew leader texted me to tell me they will be finished in about an hour. When I looked at the house, I noticed that the gutters weren't touched. I texted back asking about the gutters and he said they will be done another day. This was strange to me because it was never communicated to me before I asked about it when they were preparing to wrap up and leave. He then told me both in person and by text that they would be coming the following Monday to replace the gutter system. Monday came and went and they were a no- call, no-show. There was no attempt to call me, text me, email me, or contact me in any way to let me know they weren't coming. That evening I emailed two people about my grievance and a third person the following day, and still no response. Strangely, everyone was very responsive by email before the work started. When they needed me to make payments towards supplies before the day of the roofing job, they contacted me regularly. Now when it's time for them to finish the job I'm getting stood up and can't get in touch with anyone. I'm not finished with the steps I will be taking from my end, but I haven't experienced this level of neglect and unprofessionalism for a long time. In response to your request, I will not change my review. The fascia board did not even get a chance to be repaired, and that was something I was looking forward to, considering fascia board was in the scope of work in the contract. The picture clearly shows that at least sections need replacing.”

“Salesman came to my door and offered to check roof after a storm. Found hail and wind damage. Signed a contract for them to work on an insurance claim for me to replace the roof. Though, I was a bit hesitant at first, every step of the process was legit. Along with Coastal Claims, they completed all of my paperwork from start to finish. Though the process took about 6 months (I was told it would take a while), I didn't have to do much at all. Once the insurance company approved the claim, I chose the shingles I wanted and added new gutters that were not covered. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters on a following morning. Everyone that I had contact with, from the salesman to the secretary to my project manager to the roofers to the accountants were very friendly and professional. The only negative was that I was responsible for paying for new plywood installation under the shingles. I was told ahead of time that was my responsibility, but the price was a small shock. Regardless, I would have paid a lot more if the insurance wasn’t taken care of for me, and I’m sure they got more money from the company than I could have done on my own. Overall, the entire process was rather painless and based on my experience, I would recommend Rose Roofing.”
